Private investigation services involve time, expertise, resources, and confidential operations. Once an investigation has been initiated, resources are allocated immediately, and therefore refunds are generally not applicable after the commencement of services.

 

If a client requests cancellation before the investigation work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• When investigation work has already begun

• When evidence, reports, or findings have been delivered

• When results do not meet personal expectations, as outcomes depend on facts and circumstances

Partial Refunds

 

In limited cases, partial refunds may be considered if services are discontinued at an early stage and no substantial investigation work has been completed. Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of Avenger Intelligence Group after reviewing the case details.

 

Payment Confirmation

 

All payments made for investigation services are considered confirmation of service agreement and acceptance of our terms, privacy policy, and refund policy.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

If a client has concerns regarding billing or services, we encourage open communication. Any refund-related queries must be raised within a reasonable time frame after payment. Each request will be reviewed carefully to ensure a fair resolution.
